Internet Based Family Website Builder - Really easy to use, perfect for kids and parent's starting out.  And although it's easy to use that doesn't mean it's not high quality.  You get a full shopping cart, web form builders, autoresponder and it's hosting so you just have to worry about registering a domain and getting started.

XSitePro - A little bit more advance than the IBF builder.  You pay a one time fee for the software and you can use it to build as many sites as you'd like.  Once you read the manual you should find it pretty straight forward to use.  A great way to quickly and easily build websites.  You'll have to set up your own hosting and domain registration.

Hosting

Hostgator - This is the hosting service I use and have never had any problems with them.  They have great customer service and a cool site builder feature.

Internet Based Moms - Great place for affordable domain name registration.

Ken Envoy's Make Your Words Sell - One of the first books I ever read about internet marketing.  I thank this book for giving me a good solid foundation to build on.

Affiliate Marketing Sweetie - If your child is considering making money by promoting other people's products on their website this course will help you understand how to build and run a profitable affiliate marketing program.

Easy Article Marketing - Great course for showing you how to easily write articles and distribute them to the online directories to build traffic and incoming links to your website.  Includes easy article templates, simply add a little information into the article format and you'll have an article within minutes.
